Our real estate investment experiences include:

  • Contracting knowledge, both in the real world and as an instructor in the Industrial Technology Department at Chico State University.
  • Completed starker 1031 exchange of a commercial building we owned at 1939 McAllister in SF along with four properties in Vallejo and Healdsburg.
  • Purchased and owned over 45 residential units, including San Francisco, Chico, and Susanville, California.
  • Currently we are active with creating a 2, 3 or even 4-way exchange.
